Doha: There are still conflicting reports about how Ismail Haniya was martyred, but his son made a big revelation today.
According to the international news agency, Ismail Haniyeh’s son Abdul Salam said that his father was targeted with the help of his mobile phone in a sensitive guest room in Iran.
Abdus Salam Haniya further said that my father used to keep his mobile phone next to his head on the pillow while sleeping and Israel attacked with a guided missile after finding out the location from the same mobile phone.
Ismail Haniyeh’s son denied reports that a bomb had been planted in the Hamas chief’s room.
Abdus Salam Haniya said that there were personal guards and advisers in the room next to the father, if the bomb exploded, their room would have been destroyed.
It should be noted that on July 31 last month, the head of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, was targeted in an official and sensitive guest house in Tehran when he arrived for the night after attending the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected president of Iran.
In the mysterious attack, Iran and Hamas said Israel had targeted Ismail Haniyeh in a missile strike, while there were also reports claiming a bomb had been planted inside the room.
On the other hand, Israel has neither denied nor confirmed the accusation of involvement in this attack, but Netanyahu said that every enemy of Israel who is hiding somewhere in the world will be tracked down and targeted.
