Karachi: The well-known actress of Pakistani film and drama industry Hareem Farooq has said that she wanted to be Lady Diana since childhood.
Hareem Farooq recently appeared on a morning show of a private TV channel along with the cast of the drama to promote his new drama serial ‘Bismal’.
Meanwhile, the host of the show asked the actress what was her dream about her profession as a teenager.
In response to this question, Hareem Farooq said that I wanted to be Lady Diana, I used to tell my family that I think we belong to a royal family, I felt like a royal family.
Hareem Farooq said that after listening to my words, my parents used to tell me to sit down, leave these dreams of Lady Diana, after listening to my parents I wanted to become Mother Teresa.
The actress said that then I thought that I would have to work hard to become Mother Teresa, so I had removed this dream from my heart.
She said that I never imagined that I would grow up to be an actress but yes! I knew for sure that I had to enjoy my life.
Hareem Farooq said that I used to hear from everyone in my childhood that I should grow up and be responsible, but I used to think that I have to grow up and enjoy my life, money is something that comes and goes, but I want to live my life. Kar is Jenny.
The actress said, “Every day I spend smiling and enjoying jokes and if I don’t enjoy a day, I feel that it was a wasted day.”
He further said that when we grow up, we take away the joys from our lives in the worry of responsibilities, we should thank Allah Almighty in every situation.
