Karachi: Gold prices in global and local markets have recorded a big increase today.
The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market has increased by $36 to reach $2,623.
On the other hand, in the local bullion markets, the price of 24-carat gold per tola increased by Rs3,600 to Rs2,73,500 on Tuesday, and the price of gold per 10 grams also increased by Rs3,086 to Rs2,34,482.
In contrast to the big increase in gold prices, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs3,250 and the price of silver per 10 grams also remained unchanged at Rs2,786.
It should be noted that yesterday, global gold prices increased by $25 per ounce, while in the local market, gold became more expensive by Rs. 2,500 per tola and Rs. 2,144 per 10 grams.
