Karachi: The Sindh High Court has issued notices to the Sindh Home Department, IG Sindh and others on the petitions related to the disappearance of 4 persons from different areas of Karachi.
In the High Court, the petitions related to the disappearance of 4 persons from different areas of Karachi were heard. Shandam Ali, Khali Ahmed, Hakeem Ahmed and Shabana Bano have filed applications for the recovery of the citizens.
In the petitions, the stand was taken that the four persons were detained by unknown persons who later went missing, the lives of the missing persons are in danger and immediate recovery should be ordered.
The court issued a notice to the Sindh Home Department, IG Sindh and others for the recovery of the four persons and asked the parties to respond within 4 weeks.
