ISLAMABAD: Senator Faisal Vawda has sought an unconditional apology from the Supreme Court.
In the contempt of court case, Senator Faisal Vawda submitted the second reply in the Supreme Court. In a written reply, Senator Faisal Vawda stated that he has full respect for the Judiciary. Stand together even if it is against your relatives.
Faisal Vawda has also given references from Quran and hadiths in his answer.
In a written reply, the senator said that in the light of Islamic teachings, I sincerely apologize unconditionally, I request the Supreme Court to withdraw the show cause notice issued in the contempt of court case, if the dignity of the judiciary has been harmed by my press conference. Apologize unconditionally, leave myself at the mercy of the court, request that the show cause notice issued in the contempt of court case be withdrawn.
It should be noted that three judges headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa are scheduled to hear the contempt of court case against Senator Faisal Vavoda on June 28.
