LAHORE: It has been decided to take oral test instead of computerized test for uneducated people in Punjab for obtaining driving license.
According to CTO Lahore, because the test related to traffic signals was computerized, uneducated people used to fail. Uneducated people will now be able to take oral tests instead of computerized ones. The center in-charge will ask verbal questions related to traffic signals.
Officials further said that to ensure transparency and merit, there will be audio and video recording of sign test and road test. The crackdown on driving without a license has been tightened.
