The Islamabad High Court has restrained the FIA from taking disciplinary action against Barrister Gohar and Rauf Hassan in the case of the tweet related to Sheikh Mujibur Rehman from the founder PTI’s Twitter account.
The Islamabad High Court said that Rauf Hasan and Barrister Gohra should appear before the FIA and record their statement.
The FIA should not harass them or take disciplinary action, the FIA was issued a notice and asked for a response by June 25.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani issued a written order against the FIA summon notices.
Earlier, FIA recorded the statement of Barrister Gohar and Rauf Hasan, according to sources, FIA Cybercrime investigated Rauf Hasan for 4 hours, FIA questioned Barrister Gohar for 2 hours.
Questionnaire was given to Barrister Gohar and Rauf Hasan by the investigation team. The investigation team asked who runs the Twitter account of former Chairman PTI? Why has the controversial tweet not been deleted yet?
Barrister Gohar and Rauf Hasan submitted the reply, after submitting the reply, the statement was recorded separately.
