It has been decided to form a new joint investigation team to investigate the May 9 tragedy cases against founder PTI.
Recommendations have been sent to the Punjab Home Department by the police, 3 SPs included in the Joint Investigation Team have been replaced, the Joint Investigation Team is investigating 12 cases against the founder PTI.
According to police sources, 2 new members will also be added to the Joint Investigation Team, an application has also been filed in the High Court in this regard.
SP Zanir Ahmad Cheema is posted at SP Headquarters Lahore, SP Rao Raza Tanveer is posted at Gujranwala, SP Investigation Cantt Lahore Arslan Zahid is posted at Multan.
