Islamabad High Court dismissed Bushra Bibi’s request for transfer from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail for non-compliance.
In the High Court, Bushra Bibi’s request for transfer to Adiala Jail was heard. The court expressed indignation at the non-appearance of Bushra Bibi’s lawyers.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that it is a joke, he said that he will hear the case and decide today, but he did not come, why Bushra Bibi’s lawyer did not appear in the court? If they had won this case, Bushra Bibi would have gone to jail, they themselves do not want Bushra Bibi to go to jail, both sides are playing politics with the court.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb dismissed the petition.
