Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar has said that the constitutional amendment is an attack on the entire judicial system, it is a dark day for the Pakistani constitution and judiciary.
Speaking in the House, Barrister Gauhar said that after the constitutional amendment the courts will be subjugated, he did not criticize Modi as much as he has criticized the judiciary today.
He said that Nawaz Sharif has insulted the independent judiciary by reading the poem, we condemn it.
Chairman PTI further said that who made the memo gate commission? The House cannot amend until the reserved seats are filled.
