The incidence of breast cancer is increasing globally affecting younger women, especially under 50 years of age.
The increase in breast cancer is attributed to factors such as delaying marriages, delaying childbearing, not having children or having one child, and unhealthy lifestyles.
Also, there is a trend of not breastfeeding among young mothers, which increases the risk of breast cancer. In today’s article, we will mention the symptoms that any woman should be alerted to. Although not all early symptoms necessarily indicate cancer, it is important to see a medical professional immediately if one notices any of these symptoms.
1) A lump in the skin of the breast.
2) An abnormal change in a part of the skin of the breast that looks different from the surrounding skin.
3) Flattening of the nipple or inward turning of the nipple.
4) Cracking, peeling or peeling of breast skin.
All of the above symptoms can indicate cancer. Women should be able to perform self-examinations at least once a month and have a breast examination by a gynecologist once a year.
It should be noted that a mammogram is not required unless prescribed by a doctor.
