LAHORE: Former Punjab Chief Minister Parvez Elahi, Rasakh Elahi and Zara Elahi filed an application in the Lahore High Court to remove their names from the passport control list.
The Ministry of Home Affairs through the Secretary and others including FIA have been made parties in the petition.
In the application, the stand has been taken that bails have been approved by the courts in the cases registered against Parvez Elahi, while from September 20 to October 5, I want to go for Umrah and the United Kingdom. A violation is occurring.
It has been requested that the court should order the removal of the names from the list while declaring the move to include the names in the passport control list null and void.
