Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rahman said in a press conference in Islamabad that we have achieved our goals through the sit-in. The sit-in has not ended. Hafiz Naeemur Rahman further said that we became the voice of the people and informed on the IPs. Taxes on electricity in the name of fuel adjustment are completely wrong. Under the agreement with the government, a joint committee of Jamaat-e-Islami and the government will revise the electricity bills in 30 days. There is no politics on issues in Pakistan. We treat public issues as a duty. Rulers have to understand and implement the agreement.
