Rawalpindi: A young man died due to alleged police violence in Gujar Khan outpost Qazian.
Sources said that the accused Zeeshan, who died due to alleged police violence, was arrested by the Civil Lines police station in a case of theft. .
The Civil Lines Police handed over the accused to the Gujarkhan Police in the second case, the accused was again tortured in the Qazian post of Gujarkhan, the accused was brutally tortured by the policemen due to which he died.
The accused Zeeshan was left dead in the local hospital by the policemen and escaped. SP President Division Nabil Khokhar said that the dead accused has a record in Cantt Rawalpindi police station and the matter is being investigated.
He said that apparently the accused died of natural causes, we are waiting for the family members, we will take legal action on their request, the family of the deceased accused has not filed any request yet.
