The Islamabad High Court has summoned the DIG Operations Rawalpindi on August 7 on a request to provide details of the cases of PTI founder Bushra Bibi’s wife.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamir Farooq heard the case, Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Latif Khosa said that Bushra Bibi has been named in the May 9 cases, in one case it was said that investigation has not started but To be arrested.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq said that Khosa Sahib has been 22 years old on May 9, Lahore High Court has also decided that a person arrested in one case will be considered as arrested in all cases. If he is acquitted, he should be arrested in another.
Justice Amir Farooq inquired that where is the FIR of May 9? On which Latif Khosa said that all eleven FIRs are of May 9 only, the Chief Justice said that DIG Operations calls Rawalpindi and inquires about the status of May 9 cases.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing by summoning DIG Operations Rawalpindi on August 7.
