US President Donald Trump has threatened to impose heavy tariffs on BRICS countries for bringing their currencies against the dollar.
Speaking at a meeting of the Republican Governors Association, Donald Trump said that the BRICS countries want to create a new currency and are trying to destroy the US currency, the dollar, while the BRICS countries want to use the Chinese yuan.
The US President said that the BRICS countries may face a 150% tariff for trying to destroy the dollar. Former President Joe Biden had said that he could not do anything about it, but now we can.
It should be noted that the BRICS countries include 10 countries including Brazil, Russia, China, India, Iran and the United Arab Emirates.
