The important meeting of the Central Selection Board has been postponed for a month. In this meeting, senior bureaucrats were to be promoted to Grade 20 and Grade 21, but hundreds of officers awaiting promotion were disappointed due to the postponement of the meeting.
According to a Tribune report, the Central Selection Board meeting was to be held on November 26, 27 and 28, but now this meeting will be held between December 23 and 27.
Sources say that the meeting of the high-powered Selection Board will be held in the first week of December, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will preside over the meeting in which officers will be promoted to Grade 22.
The CSB meeting of the Establishment Division is to consider opportunities to promote the employees of the Civil Service of Pakistan to Grade 20 and Grade 21.
