Islamabad: Bilawal Zardari told Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif about his meeting with Maulana Fazlur Rehman after the end of the federal cabinet meeting.
He said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman adopted a positive attitude, however, we can never know the final thing, we will wait till two o’clock today to see if there is a meeting with Maulana and what is his answer, if Maulana Fazlur Rehman comes today at two o’clock. If the support is not filled, the cabinet meeting will be held and many things will be added from the old draft apart from Maulana Fazlur Rahman’s draft.
If Maulana Fazlur Rehman does not agree, there may be a provision for the establishment of military courts in the draft. In case of not getting a positive response from Maulana Fazlur Rehman, preparations have been completed for the approval of the clauses included in the original draft. If Maulana Fazlur Rehman agrees, then Maulana Fazlur Rahman himself will present the bill as a private member’s bill, and must submit a two-thirds majority in both houses of the National Assembly and the Senate separately.
