Occupied Jerusalem: US President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu discussed the attack on Iran for 50 minutes.
According to Israeli officials, US President Joe Biden had a 50-minute phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and discussed Israeli plans to retaliate against Iran. The call, which took place on Wednesday morning US time, was the first known conversation between the two leaders since August. The telephonic conversation was held at a time when Israel, Iran and Hezbollah seem unlikely to reach a cease-fire agreement, but the conflict is escalating rapidly.
Iran launched missile attacks on Israel last week in response to the Israeli army’s growing terror in Lebanon in the Middle East, but there were no casualties in these attacks. The US declared these attacks ineffective.
