ISLAMABAD: Saudi Minister of Investments Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Falih says that he is determined to increase investment in Pakistan, economic cooperation between the two countries is very important.
Addressing the Pakistan Saudi Arabia Business Forum in Islamabad, the Saudi Investment Minister said that holding the business forum is important in terms of communication between the business community, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are strategic partners.
Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih said that economic cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is very important, we should take advantage of geographical proximity to increase trade and work together to achieve the goal of regional prosperity.
He said that Pakistan is a second home for us, the relations between the two countries have a long history and there is a religious and spiritual relationship. The mutual trade between the two countries has increased significantly.
Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih said that he appreciates the efforts of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) in promoting bilateral trade.
The Saudi Prime Minister said that the Middle East and South Asia region has vast potential for development, and the community living in Saudi Arabia has an important role in its development.
