The Chief Justice of Pakistan gifted land to the Balochistan government on the 77th anniversary of independence.
In a letter sent to the provincial government through the Chief Secretary Balochistan, it was said that on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the country’s independence, we will donate 31,680 square feet of land in our possession adjacent to the Quaid-e-Azam Residency in Ziarat for public benefit. Expressed willingness to donate for center use.
The Chief Justice through a letter announced the dedication of his 31 thousand 680 square feet of land in District Ziarat to the government.
The letter further said that in this regard we wish to grant its license free of charge to the Government of Balochistan, in this regard we have attached the documents related to the terms and conditions of the license.
He said that if the government agrees, we want to present this gift to the people on the auspicious day of August 14, 2024.
The letter written for allotment of land for the Meteorological Center is signed by Qazi Azmat Isa and Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa. Copies of the letter have also been sent to the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Government of Balochistan and Chief Minister of Balochistan.
