Islamabad: The US Embassy has declared 2024 a fruitful year for Pak-US relations.
A statement issued by the US Embassy in Islamabad said that trade between the US and Pakistan expanded in 2024.
Bilateral trade in the first 10 months of this year was $6.3 billion. Trade cooperation for food security in Pakistan will continue.
In 2024, 80 US companies directly employed 120,000 Pakistanis.
According to the US Embassy statement, the upgrading of Mangla, Tarbela and other dams with US funds also increased Pakistan’s energy capacity.
