The Lahore High Court has issued a written decision declaring the physical remand of former chairman PTI invalid in 12 cases.
A 2-member bench of Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh and Justice Anwar Haq issued a 5-page written decision, according to the Lahore High Court, the law was violated by giving physical remand, there are decisions of higher courts related to physical remand.
According to the written decision, during the physical remand, the judicial magistrate has to review the charges, if the case is not made, the judge can discharge the case. Could not be satisfied.
In the court decision, it has been said that the physical remand is declared null and void while accepting the petitions of founder PTI.
