Washington: US President Donald Trump signed several executive orders after the inauguration ceremony and began administrative affairs.
Trump canceled 78 presidential actions of former President Joe Biden, including important decisions aimed at moving towards economic and political reforms.
According to the White House, President Trump also signed an order to pardon 1,500 people involved in the Capitol attack. President Trump also signed the files and showed them to the audience.
A large number of Trump supporters attended the grand ceremony held at the Capitol Arena and welcomed him with applause and slogans. Police, athletes and troops from various institutions saluted the president at the ceremony.
On this occasion, Trump introduced his family and close associates to the public and spoke words of praise about them.
In his address, President Trump said he would repeal the previous administration’s disastrous executive orders, take immediate action to reduce inflation, and deport criminals to their countries.
He announced the end of the Biden administration’s ban on offshore drilling.
