The swearing-in ceremony of nominated Governor Punjab Saleem Haider today has been postponed, the reason for the postponement of the ceremony could not be known.
The swearing-in ceremony of Saleem Haider as the Governor of Punjab was supposed to be held at 5 pm today, but the swearing-in ceremony will now take place on Tuesday, May 7 at 6 pm at Governor House Lahore.
It should be noted that yesterday the leader of People’s Party Faisal Karim Kundi took oath as the 40th Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The swearing-in ceremony was held at Governor House Peshawar. Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Ishtiaq Ibrahim administered oath to Faisal Karim Kundi.
