During the Senate session, the federal government will present NAB and Election Act amendment ordinances, Prime Minister Nazir Tarar will present 4 bills approved by the National Assembly in the House.
Apart from this, the Pakistan Broadcasting, Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Bills will be presented in the House, while the Pakistan Postal Services Management Board and Highway Authority Amendment Bills will be presented for approval.
2 attention-grabbing notices will also be presented in the House, the issue of 400 billion loan for three power plants will also be raised in the House, Senator Saifullah Abro will draw the attention of the House to this important issue.
The speech of President Malik Asif Ali Zardari will also be discussed in the Senate meeting.
It should be noted that the Senate meeting held on June 7 was presided over by Senate Chairman Yusuf Raza Gilani, later when Palusha Khan started presiding over the meeting as the presiding officer, Senator Fawzia Arshad of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf raised an objection to her presiding.
The PTI senator said that it is sad that the deputy chairman is sitting in the house and Palusha Khan is presiding over the meeting.
