Washington: The United States has reiterated its commitment to expand and strengthen its security partnership with Pakistan on other security threats, including the banned Tehreek-e-Pakistan.
During the weekly press briefing of the spokesperson of the US Department of State, a journalist asked whether the letter written by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif to the US President Joe Biden had been answered and what the US could do to help Pakistan fight the TTP. Is?
To which the spokesperson of the US Department of State Matthew Miller replied that the security partnership between the US and Pakistan has always been our priority and will continue to be in the future.
Matthew Miller added that we will work together with Pakistan for further expansion and stability in this partnership and we have reiterated this repeatedly from this platform.
