Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif will visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from April 6 to 8 in the last days of Ramadan, in which there is a possibility of an important meeting between the Prime Minister and the Saudi Crown Prince.
According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, this will be the first foreign visit after the election of the Prime Minister, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Defense Affairs, Finance and Economic Affairs will perform Umrah along with the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister will attend the fast and offer prayers at Masjid Nabawi.
During the visit, the Prime Minister is expected to meet with the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz. During the meeting, issues of mutual interest will be discussed, regional and global developments will also be discussed.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have long-standing fraternal ties rooted in religious and cultural affinity.
