The Miss Universe Organization has denied reports of a Saudi model participating in the 2024 pageant.
According to international media reports, the Miss Universe Organization said in its recent statement that Saudi Arabia has not yet joined the list of countries that have been confirmed to participate in this year’s Miss Universe pageant.
“We are currently going through a rigorous vetting process to qualify candidates and appoint a National Director to represent the competition,” the statement said.
The organization added in its statement that Saudi Arabia will not have the opportunity to participate in the Miss Universe 2024 pageant until this stage is finalized and confirmed by our accreditation committee.
