ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister Petroleum Musadik Malik has said that we have reduced our expenses and increased our income through taxes.

Employment is the rate of development, if there is development in the country, employment will increase. Last year our growth rate was zero. Now our growth rate has reached 2.4%. Our agriculture sector had a growth rate of 6.3% after 19 years. Our industry growth was above 3 percent in the third quarter.
Musadik Malik said that for the first time there has been a record increase in the sale of tractors. Our first line of policy was this journey of development. Last year the rate of inflation was 38 percent. That rate of inflation has come down to 12 percent. It does not say that there is no inflation, inflation is definitely there but it has also decreased.
The federal minister said that the rate of inflation in food and drink items has come down from 40 percent to 2 percent. 600 billion has been allocated for the poor in BISP. PSDP 1200 billion while 600 billion was kept for the poor. This time a record 1200 billion development projects have been set. Where the road passes, development plans are made.
