Former team director and captain of the national team Mohammad Hafeez says that ICCT20 World Cup 2024 may prove difficult for Pakistan.
Speaking on a local TV channel, the former captain of the national team, Mohammad Hafeez, said that as a Pakistani, my heart will always be in favor of the green shirts, regardless of their performance! But considering the facts, World Cup 2024 will be difficult for Pakistan.
He predicted the top four teams and said that I think Pakistan, India, West Indies and England teams will be able to make it.
The former captain said that drawing the series 2-2 against New Zealand’s C team before the World Cup, losing in the first match against Ireland shows that the fans should not expect much better results.
It should be noted that the national team is in Leeds for the T20 series against England before the T20 World Cup. The first match of the series will be played on May 22.
The national team will leave for America from England to participate in the mega event on May 1.
