The Lahore High Court dismissed the petition against the appointment of Ishaq Dar as Deputy Prime Minister. The Lahore High Court dismissed the application as inadmissible.
It was argued in the petition that Ishaq Dar is appointed as Foreign Minister, the post of Deputy Prime Minister does not exist in the Constitution.
