Pakistan Super League (PSL) former champion team Peshawar Zalmi’s owner Javed Afridi has been assured to complete the work of Arbab Niaz Stadium soon.
Peshawar Zalmi’s Onar Javed Afridi contacted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in view of hosting the tenth edition of PSL matches.
Giving a message on social media, Javed Afridi said that the Chief Minister has directed the Sports Department to release funds for the completion of the remaining 20% of the work at the Arbab Niaz Stadium.
Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi is also in favor of holding Zalmi’s matches in Peshawar, God willing, the team will be in action at home ground in front of home crowd in PSL 10.
Cricket fans are ready for exciting events even before the PSL, the province will soon have the opportunity to watch international cricketers live.
