Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi says they are looking for the “best possible window” for the next edition of PSL 10.
Chairman PCB says that he is in discussions with all relevant stakeholders for PSL 10 to ensure that the event is not affected by international commitments.
He said that PSL is a brand of Pakistan which cannot be ignored.
On the other hand, media reports are claiming that PSL and Indian Premier League (IPL) may clash next year, with the board looking for a window in April and May next year.
The Pakistan Cricket Board is considering the pros and cons of holding the league alongside the Indian Premier League (IPL).
It should be noted that the 10th edition will be the last event under the existing contracts, after which the number of teams may increase, along with the renewal of the contracts of the existing franchises, a successful event is essential to maintain the value of the brand.
