Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will go to Saudi Arabia today on a three-day visit.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif along with his delegation will go to Saudi Arabia by commercial flight. This is the first foreign visit of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif after assuming office.
According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will perform Umrah along with the delegation during his stay in Saudi Arabia from April 6 to 8 and will offer prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is also expected to meet Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz. The Prime Minister will invite the Saudi Crown Prince to visit Pakistan.
The Prime Minister’s delegation includes Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif and other senior officials. The Prime Minister and members of his delegation will pay the expenses of the visit from their own pockets.
