Lahore: Arshad Nadeem, the athlete who made Pakistan famous in the world, left for South Africa for training in connection with the preparations for the Paris Olympics.
Arrangements were made by the Athletics Federation to send Arshad Nadeem to Johannesburg, under which Arshad Nadeem left for South Africa to prepare for the Paris Olympics. Arshad Nadeem will train for 5 weeks.
Arshad Nadeem said in his video message before departure at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport that he is grateful to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif for taking special interest in sending him to South Africa.
He said that since 2 months he has been following the rehabilitation program under the supervision of coach Salman Qabal, now I have been able to focus my full attention on the Olympics with intensive training. I am sure the mega event scheduled for July will not disappoint.
