National team captain Babar Azam made an important statement regarding the future of young Saeem Ayub, Usman Khan and injured Azam Khan.
Speaking to the media after the victory in the fifth match of the series against New Zealand, captain Babar Azam acknowledged the talent of the three young cricketers Saeem, Usman and Azam Khan and said that Saeem is suffering from difficulties but will soon regain his form.
During the first six overs of the power play we need to make quick runs in the opening, trying to try different combinations, referring to Usman Khan, Babar Azam said that he is trying to play good cricket which is encouraging. Young cricketers have to give confidence, playing for Pakistan is a pressure, I guess Usman has left a lot of things, so it will all be in his mind.
“We missed Azam Khan on many occasions, he is a game changer,” the captain said. You know when he stands up he can completely change the game.
