Islamabad: The court approved the request to transfer Parvez Elahi from jail to hospital or home.
Islamabad High Court approved the request to transfer former Punjab Chief Minister and PTI leader Pervez Elahi from jail to hospital or declare the house as a sub-jail. The court ordered the Ministry of Interior to complete the procedure of house arrest of Parvez Elahi within 15 days.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of Islamabad High Court gave a safe decision on Qaisara Elahi’s request, in which the court has also ordered Parvez Elahi to provide medical facilities according to his wishes.
