The Meteorological Department said that when the moon is below the horizon, the lunar eclipse will not be visible in Pakistan, Europe, most parts of Asia, Africa, North and South America, Pacific Atlantic, Indian Ocean, Arctic and Antarctica. Lunar eclipse will be observed.
