There is a possibility that spinner Abrar Ahmed will be included in the national team squad in place of fast bowler Naseem Shah in the third T20 match against Ireland.
The final and deciding match of the three-match series between Pakistan and Ireland will be played in Dublin today. Both the teams will face each other at Clontarf Cricket Stadium, in case of winning the series, Ireland will create a new history against Pakistan.
Pakistan’s probable squad for the third T20I has been revealed. Under the leadership of Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, Saeem Ayub, Fakhar Zaman, Azam Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Imad Wasim, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Muhammad Amir and Abbas Afridi will be part of the team.
In the third match against Ireland, the team management can choose three spinners while Naseem Shah can be rested. Spinner Abrar Ahmed is likely to be included in the playing eleven in place of the fast bowler.
Saeem Ayub and Mohammad Rizwan can once again open the innings while Babar Azam will play in the one-down position. Iftikhar Ahmed and Imad Wasim are likely to play at number six and number seven.
It should be noted that after defeating Ireland in the second match, Pakistan has leveled the series at 1-1.
