Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz heard the request of Majlis Wahdat al-Muslimeen chief Allama Nasir Abbas.
The lawyer petitioner Abdul Hadi said that the Islamabad High Court issued orders to meet with the founder of PTI on March 8, 2024, the Superintendent of Adiala Jail deliberately defying the order and did not meet, so the Superintendent of Adiala Jail is in contempt of court. Action should be taken.
The court issued a notice to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail for March 15.
