Speaking to the media before the meeting at Parliament Lodges, Rana Sanaullah said that Akhtar Mengal has surprised the people of the constituency by resigning and he will sit with them and listen to Akhtar Mengal’s complaint.
Later, while talking to the media after meeting the Balochistan National Party chief, Rana Sanaullah, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, said that Akhtar Mengal has always spoken for the rights of Balochistan while remaining within the ambit of the Constitution and the law.
He said that Sardar Sahib always spoke about the deprivations of Balochistan and fought the cause of the people of Balochistan with great courage and bravery, he should continue his struggle in the same sphere.
He said that we are all appreciative of him and we are with him, we have requested him on the matter of resignation yesterday and we have filed a review appeal before Sardar Akhtar Mengal which he has also accepted. Now this issue will be discussed.
Rana Sanaullah expressed hope that Akhtar Mengal will consider our request to withdraw his resignation as his role in the democratic struggle for the rights and deprivations of Balochistan is very powerful, which should remain in the Parliament.

During the meeting, the leaders gave a message to Akhtarmengal to continue the constitutional struggle from the platform of the opposition alliance and said to withdraw the resignation and fight together in the Parliament.
