Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court constituted a new bench on petitions against the arrest of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana case.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will hear the case on Thursday. On July 25, Chief Justice Amir Farooq had objected to the hearing of the case by the PTI founder.
On July 25, Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz conducted the hearing.
Justice Taman Rifat Imtiaz is not available on Thursday due to holidays. The two-member bench of Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz will not be present today.
It should be noted that founder PTI and Bushra Bibi have challenged the arrest in the Tosha Khana case.
