Mumbai: Renowned Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah has called Pakistani director Shoaib Mansoor’s film ‘Khoda Ke Liye’ as an important film of his time.
The Pakistani film ‘Khuda Ke Liye’ was released in 2007 and featured an Indian actor in a special role.
In a recent interview, the actor was asked which issue he wanted to make the subject of the film, so he said ‘religion’ as his subject.
Naseeruddin Shah said that religion dominates our minds, that’s why fearless and bold films should be made on this subject.
