Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that the people and I have a love affair, but this is not tolerated by people.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz attended the Jashn STEM Punjab ceremony and distributed prizes among students. STEM competitions were held in 5,000 schools of Punjab. And 8,000 students and 14,000 teachers participated in these competitions.
Maryam Nawaz, while addressing the ceremony, said that we are proud of these talented students. And I said that the students should be busy in healthy activities. It was very good to see the different models of children.
She said that I will give laptops to 1100 students who participated in the competition. Taba has big dreams and students should participate in constructive activities. Students have to achieve their goals and we will support.
Maryam Nawaz said that schools and labs are being updated in Punjab. And talented children can make Pakistan famous all over the world. To compete with the world, one should master other languages including English.
He said that 30,000 deserving students in Punjab have been given merit scholarships on merit. And the merit scholarships have been increased from Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000. The people and I have a loving relationship and this is not tolerated by the people.
The Chief Minister of Punjab said that when my mother passed away, I was in jail but I did not cry. And there are many people who pull the legs of those who want to fly high. Problems will come in life but you should not back down.
Addressing the students, he said that there is no shortcut to success in the world. And you should not take any step against the country. Those who attack the country cannot be your friends.
He said that students from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are contacting me to give us scholarships. And they are asking for participation in the laptop scheme.
