Pakistan’s Muhammad Asif, who became the world amateur snooker champion for the third time, could not continue his progress in the masters world event due to unwell health and lost his courage in the quarter finals.
According to reports, 42-year-old Muhammad Asif was defeated by Philip Williams of Wales in the ongoing IBSF Masters World Snooker Championship in Doha, Qatar.
Mohammad Asif, who defeated his rival Qwest 3-4 in a feverish state, could not maintain his grip in the semi-final match and was out of the event.
IBSF World Snooker Championship gold medalist Muhammad Asif was unbeaten winning all three of his group matches.
