Islamabad: A two-member delegation of META had an important meeting with Minister of State for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja.
According to details, META’s delegation informed the federal minister about the company’s digital safety campaign, digital literacy program, election education campaign.
The delegation included META’s head of public policy in Pakistan, Daniya Mukhtar and manager of public policy, Tafsir Athar. In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion regarding the responsible use of social media platforms.
META’s delegation briefed the Minister of State for IT about META Company’s working in Pakistan and various campaigns while informed about the company’s Digital Safety Campaign, Digital Literacy Program, Election Education Campaign.
Minister of State for IT Shaza Fatima Khawaja appreciated META’s working in Pakistan and assured the full support of the Ministry of IT.
