LAHORE: PTI founder Imran Khan challenged the anti-terrorism court’s decision to grant physical remand in 12 cases in the Lahore High Court.
Founder PTI filed 12 petitions in Lahore High Court through Barrister Salman Safdar.
In the petitions, the position was taken that Lahore ATC did not review the records properly while giving physical remand, I am incarcerated in jail, the police has already investigated, the law was not taken into account while giving physical remand.
The PTI founder requested that the Lahore High Court annul the physical remand granted by the ATC in 12 cases.
