The occupying Indian army is committing genocide by selectively targeting Kashmiri youth under the guise of a search operation in occupied Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the occupying Indian army has closed the entry and exit routes in Srinagar district of Jannat Nazir Valley and conducted a search operation.
During the house-to-house search, the sanctity of the chador and the four walls was violated. Women were mistreated and even the elderly and children were tortured.
During this, the occupying Indian army detained an unarmed Kashmiri youth from a house and took him to an unknown location.
The parents of the Kashmiri youth were sometimes searching for a piece of his liver in an army base and sometimes in a police station.
Later, the tortured and bullet-riddled body of the Kashmiri youth was recovered from a deserted place. There was chaos in the entire area.
The people of the locality came out on the streets and raised strong slogans in favor of the struggle for the freedom of Kashmir.
The occupying Indian army, in a grave violation of human rights, handed over the body of the martyred youth to the police instead of handing it over to the martyrs’ families.
The martyr’s family will have to face lengthy legal and paperwork procedures to retrieve the body of their loved one.
