Mutfarabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has told India that it is better that we adopt the path of peace and resolve the disputes by sitting down.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif while addressing a special meeting of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on the occasion of Kashmir Exploitation Day said that today the Indian government has usurped the rights of the Kashmiris in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and By abolishing Article 370, illegal right to settle in Occupied Kashmir was given to non-state people, illegal right to buy properties of people living there.
He said that this cruelty has been perpetuated for the last 77 years with millions and crores of Kashmiris who are demanding the right to freedom in Occupied Kashmir. Until the fundamental rights are provided to Kashmiris, Pakistan will always continue to provide them with moral support and the international community will continue to support them. Will keep knocking on the doors of institutions.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the day will come when the people of Occupied Kashmir will be freed from the usurpation of India.
The Prime Minister emphasized that lakhs of Kashmiris sacrificed their lives for freedom, today we appreciate their great sacrifices and promise that their sacrifice will never be neglected.
He further said that the best way is to adopt the path of peace and sit down and solve these disputes, sit together and provide Kashmiris with their right to self-determination, there is no other way, they will give way to Pakistan.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister strongly condemned the Israeli terrorism in Gaza and said that there is no worse example than this in history. Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas, was martyred in Iran, which was mourned and strongly condemned in Pakistan.
Shehbaz Sharif said that it should be kept in mind that India will never be able to make Kashmir a part of itself like Palestine. It will have to be given and both nations will have to be given freedom.
The Prime Minister said that the best way is for us to adopt the path of peace and resolve these conflicts by sitting down. The eyes will be trampled and scratched, so the wisdom and the way to peace is to come together not only to give Kashmiris their right to self-determination and to establish peace in the region, but there is no other way. No, all other paths lead to destruction, the only way to peace is to give Kashmiris and Palestinians their right without delay.
